The Twelve Days of ITIL
A client that I work with sent me this yesterday in an email. I thought it was pretty clever, but I started to get really depressed around day 7…
7 Project Managers, 8 Moving Targets, 9 Unclear objectives…ugh. Makes me thankful that there are only twelve days! I can only hope for less of that in the coming year. Here’s a link to the full post at ITSM Portal if you’re brave enough to read it. :)
