PEOPLE ARE AWESOME
I just saw this video for the first time and thought I’d share it. Hopefully this gets to people before they set their New Year’s resolutions! I’ll probably only be able to get to about half of this in 2011. :)
Also, keep an eye out next week for a couple of really cool Service-now tips that I’m almost positive you haven’t heard about before. I just figured out a couple of very simple things that should be a big help to a lot of people, and will probably fix some issues that you’ve experienced before in your Service-now environment!
