He can effectively communicate to various audiences, showcase the value of solutions and their long-term costs and benefits of implementation approaches, and provide understandable timelines that contain meaningful value drops. His focus on becoming a trusted advisor is focused on delivering measurable value-based business outcomes where the client’s needs come first.
