About Marcus Fly
Marcus has been in tech since 2002 and utilizing the Service Now platform since 2007. Starting at the first consulting company for ServiceNow, Navigis, he was employee 21. During his consulting career he touched 1000+ implementations globally until 2014 when he became a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) for T-Mobile, one of the largest Service Now instances on the planet.
In his off-time Marcus enjoys spending time with his wife, Lynn, and 4 kids, Donovan, Madeline, Hayden, and Quinten. You’ll find him getting his hands on anything that it adventurous whether that is up in the mountains, in the desert, cooking or tinkering in his homelab.
