Hi Pallabi,

This solution is not compatible with the Service Portal. You should use the new Mobile GlideForm API to change labels instead.

For Service Portal you’ll need to use the new Mobile GlideForm APIs methods such as setLabel(), rather than relying on the legacy method presented in this article. I’ve posted an update to this article.
